I have been working with Boardwalk Association Management for over a year. As a new Community taking over the managing of a subdivision from the builder, Boardwalk made that transition pretty simple. They helped us set up budgets to work within. They help us maintain getting the lawns mowed, sprinklers in operation, trimming, planting, painting, etc. When we need a project done or something repaired, they do the legwork of finding three bids and make all the arrangements in getting it done.
Previous experience with a local property management company had left Greyhawk homeowners upset and skeptical when Boardwalk became our new HOA managing company. Within the first hour of our meet and greet with the staff of Boardwalk, they had successfully handled numerous complaints and made action plans to address issues brought to them by homeowners.
Working with Ryan and the staff at Boardwalk as a HOA board member has been a pleasure. They are courteous and knowledgeable in their dealings with not only the HOA board, but also each homeowner in our subdivision. I would highly recommend them to any subdivision looking for a managing company.
“Being a new Homeowners Association President made me nervous, but Boardwalk was very helpful. Our new board members came with varying knowledge and experience, and Boardwalk was willing to help us gain the needed knowledge at our own pace, without overwhelming the volunteer board members. I still have much to learn but its great knowing Boardwalk is there to help me every step of the way.”
“Boardwalk has made the thankless job of being a HOA board member easy. They have a great team that is easy to work with. I have had many meetings, emails, and phone calls at all hours to handle the day-to-day problems that we deal with in the operations of the HOA. They stay on top of the newest and best software to manage the budget, CCR violations, monthly billing, etc. and I can view it all from my iPhone. Over the 13+ years I’ve been on a HOA board, they have been the best and easiest to work with.”
