Association Management is an unregulated industry in Idaho. However, at Boardwalk Association Management, we hold our team to a higher standard. All of our employees go through a thorough background check and are certified through the only sanctioned organization for association management, the Community Association Managers International Certification Board.

Meet our dedicated team of association management professionals:

Ryan Martin, CMCA AMS

Ryan has built a solid foundation for association management throughout his career by managing various types of real estate that range from commercial to multi-unit to single family. With this variety of experience, he has gained the knowledge and expertise to manage and advise associations on how to keep communities running efficiently and create lasting value.

Ryan and his family are owned by their pet Border Collie. They love camping and enjoying the Idaho outdoors together.

Whitney Harrison

Whitney comes to Boardwalk Association Management with more than a dozen years of customer service experience, most of which have been in the housing and property management industry. Whitney has managed a variety of property types from single-family homes to large apartment communities. Her personable, friendly attitude has always made her a favorite among residents.

Whitney loves Idaho and has lived in the Treasure Valley for almost 17 years. She and her husband stay busy chasing after their two little boys.

Meghan Allen, CMCA

Meghan brings years of customer service and event management expertise to her role at Boardwalk Association Management. Her experience in the non-profit sector translates easily into friendly, personal service for all of our managed associations. She is passionate about helping residents get answers to their questions.

Meghan was born and raised in Boise, and loves everything the city has to offer. In her spare time she enjoys outdoor adventures with her family (especially in the foothills of our beautiful city) or relaxing with a great book.

Meghan Hebener

Meghan HebenerMeghan Hebener joins the team at Boardwalk Association Management with an extensive background of customer service as well as technology. Her passion for helping others is what drives her to solve problems and build relationships with homeowners.

Meghan was born and raised in Olympia, Washington and moved to Boise, Idaho over a year ago to be near her family. She loves the outdoors and discovering new trails to hike as well as visiting with her family on the weekends.

Sarah Mericle Waltman

Sarah Waltman

Sarah brings a deep sense of community to her work at Boardwalk, after having dedicated much of her career to volunteerism and international non-profits. Embracing the core values of integrity, optimism and respect, Sarah brings enthusiasm to her role as a Community Manager at Boardwalk. Our residents enjoy her wit and her attention to detail.


Jen Mercer

Jen Mercer is a numbers gal who brings her years of accounting and IRS expertise to her work with HOAs here at Boardwalk. She helps communities keep an eye on the bottom line, while demystifying complex budget concepts. Clients love her attention to detail and her no-nonsense approach.

Jen was born in Montana and raised in Alaska, but moved to Idaho 20 years ago and considers this beautiful state her home. In her spare time, between work and being with her daughter, she loves hunting, camping, fishing, dancing and making people laugh.

Jenny Brummett

Jenny brings an extensive customer service management background and experience as a real estate professional to her role at Boardwalk. She is passionate about resolving issues quickly and efficiently. Our clients always appreciate her friendly and professional interactions.

Jenny loves Idaho! She was born and raised in Boise, and spent many summers in Northern Idaho as a kid. In her spare time she enjoys outdoor activities of all kinds—camping, biking, hiking, fishing, four-wheeling and swimming with her teenage son. She also loves to cook and share her favorite recipes!
