All of our employees go through a thorough background check and are certified through the only sanctioned organization for association management, the Community Association Managers International Certification Board.

Ryan has built a solid foundation for association management throughout his career by managing various types of real estate that range from commercial to multi-unit to single family. With this variety of experience, he has gained the knowledge and expertise to manage and advise associations on how to keep communities running efficiently and create lasting value.
Ryan and his family are owned by their pet Border Collie. They love camping and enjoying the Idaho outdoors together.
With his information technology background, Nate is right at home at Boardwalk Association Management. Over the past 10 years, Nate has served his own HOA as a volunteer, committee member and board member, and this real-life experience makes him a valuable resource for HOA boards. He uses his years of customer service experience and technology expertise to help community residents use Boardwalk tools to their full capacity.
In his free time Nate is a student pilot and enjoys working on projects at home. You might also find him riding his motorcycle around the valley. Remember to look twice for motorcycles!
Whitney comes to Boardwalk Association Management with more than a dozen years of customer service experience, most of which have been in the housing and property management industry. Whitney has managed a variety of property types from single-family homes to large apartment communities. Her personable, friendly attitude has always made her a favorite among residents.
Whitney loves Idaho and has lived in the Treasure Valley for almost 17 years. She and her husband stay busy chasing after their two little boys.
Meghan brings years of customer service and event management expertise to her role at Boardwalk Association Management. Her experience in the non-profit sector translates easily into friendly, personal service for all of our managed associations. She is passionate about helping residents get answers to their questions.
Meghan was born and raised in Boise, and loves everything the city has to offer. In her spare time she enjoys outdoor adventures with her family (especially in the foothills of our beautiful city) or relaxing with a great book.
Meghan Hebener joins the team at Boardwalk Association Management with an extensive background of customer service as well as technology. Her passion for helping others is what drives her to solve problems and build relationships with homeowners.
Meghan was born and raised in Olympia, Washington and moved to Boise, Idaho over a year ago to be near her family. She loves the outdoors and discovering new trails to hike as well as visiting with her family on the weekends.
Sarah brings a deep sense of community to her work at Boardwalk, after having dedicated much of her career to volunteerism and international non-profits. Embracing the core values of integrity, optimism and respect, Sarah brings enthusiasm to her role as a Community Manager at Boardwalk. Our residents enjoy her wit and her attention to detail.
Sarah is an Idaho native who enjoys spending time outdoors and the beautiful scenery that the Treasure Valley offers.
